– CATHOLIC Colleges Month Monday, February several th is the start of Catholic Schools Week https://kissbrides.com/sv/whatsyourprice-recension/. This community helps guide its people in their devotion to the Faith. By celebrating different facets of Our Lady of Sorrows School, we continue to strengthen the bonds that are the foundation of this Catholic community. The school will be having a variety of activities. Please have your child bring $5.00 to participate in these activities. The donations will be divided up between a variety of charities.

• February 13 th (Tuesday) – Red-colored Colour Big date & Pizza pie Meal
  • Pupils can come putting on Red-colored.
  • One of our college or university family was nicely giving a pizza meal with this date, because a thank you so much to any or all our very own wonderful pupils and also for all they are doing to get one another! The youngsters will get dos 100 % free pieces of pizza about this big date. Delight pack any additional dishes or products as required. Please note there are a mistake with the diary and you may brand new pizza pie dinner is tomorrow, February 13 th .

– Ash-wednesday – Amounts 3 Size – Zero Pizza pie Dinner Today Ash Wednesday Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 14 th at 9:00 a.m. Parents and grandparents are welcome to join us. Students have to be in full uniform (sweaters and black shoes).

Please note that there was an error on the calendar and the pizza lunch is on Friday, March thirteen th and NOT Wednesday, February 14 th .

– Lent Boxes Lent boxes will be sent home on Wednesday, March 14 th (Ash Wednesday) (Grades 1-7). All boxes will be collected after Easter Monday, Tuesday, April 2 nd . We also ask that you print the amount collected on the box. Please use this opportunity to encourage your child to give alms (to do charitable work).

– CATHOLIC EDUCATORS’ Appointment – Zero College All teachers will be attending the Catholic Educators’ Conference on Thursday, March 15 th and you can Saturday, March 16 th . The school will be closed for these two days.

2024 School Donation Taxation Receipts The 2023 school donation tax receipts were sent home on Monday with your oldest child. If you have not received this, please check your child’s backpack. School tax receipts are claimed as a charitable donation, it is NOT a tuition expense.
